As a PDM Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing the Product Data Management system and ensuring its effectiveness in supporting our product development process.   1. Manage the Product Data Management (PDM) system and ensure its effectiveness in supporting the product development process.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their PDM needs and provide solutions to meet those needs.
  3. Develop and maintain PDM processes, procedures, and standards to ensure consistency and accuracy of data.
  4. Regularly review and update PDM system to ensure its functionality and compatibility with other systems.
  5. Monitor and troubleshoot any issues or errors in the PDM system and provide timely resolution.
  6. Train new employees on PDM system and provide ongoing support to users.
  7. Collaborate with IT teams to implement system upgrades and improvements.
  8. Conduct regular audits of PDM data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  9. Generate reports and analyze PDM data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to management.
  10. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in PDM technology to continuously improve processes and systems.
  11. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to PDM.
  12. Act as a liaison between different departments to facilitate efficient communication and data sharing.
  13. Participate in cross-functional projects and provide PDM expertise and support as needed.
  14. Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive PDM data.
  15. Continuously strive to improve PDM system efficiency and effectiveness to support overall business objectives.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Pdm Administration, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Technology Company.

  • Strong Understanding Of Pdm Systems, Such As Windchill Or Teamcenter.

  • Knowledge Of Product Development Processes And Methodologies.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Work Well In A Team Environment.
