- Manage the Product Data Management (PDM) system and ensure its effectiveness in supporting the product development process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their PDM needs and provide solutions to meet those needs.
- Develop and maintain PDM processes, procedures, and standards to ensure consistency and accuracy of data.
- Regularly review and update PDM system to ensure its functionality and compatibility with other systems.
- Monitor and troubleshoot any issues or errors in the PDM system and provide timely resolution.
- Train new employees on PDM system and provide ongoing support to users.
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement system upgrades and improvements.
- Conduct regular audits of PDM data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Generate reports and analyze PDM data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to management.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in PDM technology to continuously improve processes and systems.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to PDM.
- Act as a liaison between different departments to facilitate efficient communication and data sharing.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and provide PDM expertise and support as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive PDM data.
- Continuously strive to improve PDM system efficiency and effectiveness to support overall business objectives.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Pdm Administration, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Technology Company.
Strong Understanding Of Pdm Systems, Such As Windchill Or Teamcenter.
Knowledge Of Product Development Processes And Methodologies.
Excellent Problem-Solving And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Work Well In A Team Environment.
