Patent Counsel/Agent

Nokia is looking for an experienced Patent Counsel/Agent to help protect our intellectual property and represent our company in all matters related to patent law. In this role, you will be responsible for researching, drafting, filing, and prosecuting patent applications, as well as providing legal advice on intellectual property matters.This is an exciting opportunity for a well-rounded Patent Counsel/Agent who is passionate about protecting our innovations and advancing the strategy of our company. Responsibilities: • Research and analyze intellectual property matters • Draft, file, and prosecute patent applications • Represent Nokia in all matters related to patent law • Provide legal advice on intellectual property matters • Develop and implement strategies to protect Nokia’s intellectual property • Monitor and analyze current patent law trends • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders • Maintain up-to-date records of all patent applications and legal documents • Stay informed of new developments in the patent law field
