  1. Manage end-to-end order process: The Order Management Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the complete order process from start to finish, ensuring efficiency and accuracy at every stage.
  2. Ensure timely delivery: The primary responsibility of the Order Management Specialist will be to ensure that all orders are fulfilled and delivered to customers within the specified time frame.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Order Management Or Customer Service.

  • Strong Understanding Of Supply Chain Processes And Order Fulfillment.

  • Proficiency In Using Order Management Systems And Microsoft Excel.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Handle Complex Customer Inquiries And Resolve Issues Efficiently.
