- Manage the end-to-end process of fulfilling customer orders in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of order information, including pricing, product specifications, and delivery instructions.
- Coordinate with various departments, including sales, supply chain, and logistics, to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing any order-related inquiries or issues.
- Monitor and track order status to ensure on-time delivery and proactively communicate any potential delays to customers.
- Maintain and update order records and databases accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with sales and supply chain teams to forecast demand and plan for inventory levels to meet customer needs.
- Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in orders, such as pricing or product availability.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a point of contact for all order-related matters.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in order management to continuously improve processes and service delivery.
- Train and support new team members in order management procedures and systems.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including ethical practices and data protection regulations.
Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Or A Related Field.
At Least 2 Years Of Experience In Order Management, Preferably In The Technology Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Order Fulfillment Processes, Including Order Entry, Tracking, And Delivery.
Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally And Manage Multiple Tasks Simultaneously.
Proficiency In Using Order Management Software, Such As Sap Or Oracle, And Strong Computer Skills, Including Microsoft Excel And Word.
