- Design and develop automation solutions for the Network Services Platform (NSP) at Nokia.
- Implement and maintain automation processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and design appropriate automation solutions.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in automation technology to continuously improve processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to automation solutions.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on automation projects.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members and assist in their professional development.
- Conduct regular testing and evaluation of automation solutions to ensure optimal performance.
- Document and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all automation processes.
- Assist in the integration of automation solutions with other systems and applications.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry standards.
- Continuously identify areas for improvement and propose new solutions to enhance automation processes.
- Adhere to project timelines and deliver automation solutions within agreed upon deadlines.
- Train end-users on how to use and maintain automation solutions.
- Participate in meetings and discussions with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate automation solutions.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Designing And Implementing Automation Solutions For Network Service Providers.
Proficient In Programming Languages Such As Python, Java, Or C++, As Well As Automation Tools Like Ansible Or Puppet.
Strong Understanding Of Network Technologies And Protocols, Including Ip, Mpls, And Sdn.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Provide Technical Guidance To Customers.
