- Develop and implement new product introduction (NPI) processes and procedures to ensure efficient and timely launch of new products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and supply chain, to ensure successful product launches.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and potential challenges to inform product development and launch strategies.
- Ensure all NPI activities are in compliance with company and industry standards and regulations.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring on-time delivery of new products and services.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential risks and issues during the NPI process.
- Work closely with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of components and materials for product manufacturing.
- Monitor and analyze product performance in the market, gathering feedback and making recommendations for improvements.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during the NPI process.
- Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the NPI process.
- Train and mentor junior team members on NPI processes and procedures.

Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Npi (New Product Introduction) Engineering In The Telecommunications Industry.
Proficiency In Project Management, Including Planning, Execution, And Monitoring.
Familiarity With Agile Methodologies And Tools.
