- Lead and coordinate multiple projects related to the research and development of our Network Management System (NMS)
- Collaborate with a diverse team of engineers and researchers to drive innovative and cutting-edge technology solutions
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues, proactively implementing solutions to mitigate them
- Communicate project updates and milestones to stakeholders, including senior management
- Facilitate collaboration and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and efficient project execution
- Act as a subject matter expert for NMS and provide technical guidance and support to team members
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project team
- Conduct regular project meetings and provide clear direction and guidance to team members
- Review and evaluate project outcomes to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget
- Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members as needed.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In The Telecommunications Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Nokia's Nms (Network Management System) And Its Products.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage A Diverse Team And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Delivering Nms R&D Projects On Time And Within Budget.
