Job Description

Nokia is searching for a highly motivated NMP Solution Integration Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, deploying, and integrating Nokia Multimedia Platform (NMP) solutions with customer networks. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience with network and IT systems, along with a demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and solve complex technical problems. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong customer service focus, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. If you have a passion for technology, a strong work ethic, and a desire to help our customers succeed, then we want to hear from you!Qualifications:• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field• 5+ years of experience in network engineering or related field• Extensive experience with network and IT systems, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless networks• Proven experience in deploying and troubleshooting NMP solutions• Strong customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities: • Develop and deploy NMP solutions to customer networks. • Integrate NMP solutions with customer networks. • Troubleshoot complex technical problems relating to NMP solutions. • Communicate effectively and professionally with customers. • Train customers in the use of NMP solutions. • Monitor customer feedback and identify potential issues. • Develop and implement best practices for NMP solution deployment. • Stay up to date on new technologies and industry trends. • Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
