Job Description

Nokia is looking for an experienced and highly motivated NMP Site Reliability Engineer to join our Global Network Services team. We are seeking a professional with a passion for problem-solving and proven experience in the design, deployment, and maintenance of large-scale network and telecom solutions. The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well within a team.To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience with the design, implementation, and maintenance of complex network and telecom solutions. Additionally, you should possess working knowledge of Nokia Network Management Platform (NMP) and supporting systems and tools. A degree in a relevant field such as computer science, engineering, or telecommunications is preferred but not required. Finally, you should be a self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have a proven track record of successful projects and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Design, deploy, and maintain large-scale network and telecom solutions using Nokia Network Management Platform (NMP).
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to NMP.
Develop and implement best practices for ensuring the reliability and performance of NMP solutions.
Monitor network performance and capacity, and identify potential areas of improvement.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure proper integration and operation of network and telecom solutions.
Provide technical guidance and expertise to other teams.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer satisfaction.
Keep abreast of industry developments and new technologies.
Document all processes and procedures related to NMP.

Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science Or Equivalent Experience
