  6. Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support to customers.

  10. Train and mentor junior engineers on networking concepts and troubleshooting techniques.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Technical Knowledge: A Ni Fixed Networks Customer Engineer Tier 2/3 And Partners Must Have A Deep Understanding Of Nokia's Fixed Network Products, Services, And Solutions. This Includes Proficiency In Troubleshooting, Installation, And Configuration Of Network Equipment.

  • Experience In Customer Support: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Prior Experience In Providing Technical Support To Customers, Preferably In The Telecommunications Industry. They Should Be Able To Handle Customer Inquiries And Issues In A Professional And Timely Manner.

  • Communication Skills: Effective Communication Is Crucial For This Role As The Engineer Will Be Interacting With Customers, Colleagues, And Partners On A Regular Basis. They Should Possess Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills To Clearly Convey Technical Information And Solutions.
