  1. Develop and implement automated solutions for network infrastructure, including configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize opportunities for automation within the network.
  3. Design and maintain network automation tools and frameworks.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to network automation processes.
  5. Continuously monitor and analyze network performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing automation to enhance efficiency and reliability.
  6. Create and maintain detailed documentation of network automation processes and procedures.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments related to network automation, and make recommendations for adoption of new technologies.
  8. Work closely with vendors and partners to ensure seamless integration of automation solutions.
  9. Train and mentor junior engineers on network automation best practices and processes.
  10. Collaborate with the team to develop and implement standardized network automation procedures and policies.
  11. Conduct regular audits of network automation processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  12. Proactively identify and address potential risks and vulnerabilities in network automation processes.
  13. Participate in on-call rotations to provide support for network automation issues.
  14. Continuously seek out ways to improve and optimize network automation processes, driving innovation within the team.
  15. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates and reports on network automation projects and initiatives.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Network Automation, Preferably In A Telecom Or Networking Environment

  • Strong Knowledge And Experience In Scripting Languages Such As Python, Perl, Or Bash

  • Proficiency In Automation Tools Such As Ansible, Puppet, Or Chef

  • Excellent Understanding Of Networking Concepts And Protocols, Including Tcp/Ip, Routing, Switching, And Security.
