- Oversee and manage the network access point operations for Nokia, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of the network.
- Provide strong leadership and direction to a team of network professionals, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement operational processes and procedures to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness of network operations.
- Monitor and analyze network performance and identify areas for improvement, taking proactive measures to address any issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, design, and implement network upgrades and improvements.
- Serve as the main point of contact for any network-related issues and escalations, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact to business operations.

- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors and clients, to ensure smooth and effective communication and collaboration.
- Prepare and present regular reports and updates on network performance and operations to senior management.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.

- Handle budgeting and resource management for the NAP operations team.
- Drive operational excellence by promoting a customer-centric approach and delivering high-quality services.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Network Automation And Orchestration Operations.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Network Protocols And Technologies Such As Ip, Tcp/Ip, Mpls, Bgp, And Vxlan.
Experience In Managing And Leading A Team Of Operations Engineers.
Strong Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Handle Customer Escalations.
