  1. Oversee and manage the network access point operations for Nokia, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of the network.
  2. Provide strong leadership and direction to a team of network professionals, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  3. Develop and implement operational processes and procedures to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness of network operations.
  4. Monitor and analyze network performance and identify areas for improvement, taking proactive measures to address any issues.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, design, and implement network upgrades and improvements.
  6. Serve as the main point of contact for any network-related issues and escalations, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact to business operations.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in network technology, and make recommendations for incorporating new tools and techniques to enhance network operations.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors and clients, to ensure smooth and effective communication and collaboration.
  9. Prepare and present regular reports and updates on network performance and operations to senior management.
  10. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging team members to identify and implement process enhancements and efficiencies.
  11. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  12. Train and mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
  13. Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to network operations.
  14. Handle budgeting and resource management for the NAP operations team.
  15. Drive operational excellence by promoting a customer-centric approach and delivering high-quality services.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Network Automation And Orchestration Operations.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Network Protocols And Technologies Such As Ip, Tcp/Ip, Mpls, Bgp, And Vxlan.

  • Experience In Managing And Leading A Team Of Operations Engineers.

  • Strong Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Handle Customer Escalations.
