Job Description

As a Nokia Research Lead in mm-wave ASICs, you will be responsible for driving the development of advanced mm-wave radio frequency (RF) technologies and leading research initiatives that will shape the next generation of Nokia's 5G wireless and antenna products. This position requires a highly experienced engineer with a deep understanding of RF semiconductor design, integrated circuit design, and ASIC development. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication, and problem-solving skills, and be able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

Develop advanced mm-wave radio frequency (RF) technologies and lead research initiatives for Nokia's 5G wireless and antenna products.
Utilize knowledge of RF semiconductor design, integrated circuit design, and ASIC development.
Manage project timeline and resources to meet deadlines.
Collaborate with other engineers, research scientists, and product managers to ensure successful product launches.
Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues.
Create innovative solutions that meet customer needs.
Develop and maintain documentation and procedures for design, development, and product launch process.
Monitor industry trends and technologies to identify opportunities for improvement.
Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and standards.
Stay up-to-date with new technologies and products.
