Design and develop packaging solutions for Nokia products, considering factors such as cost, functionality, and sustainability.
Conduct research and analysis to identify innovative packaging materials and techniques.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure packaging solutions meet product specifications and requirements.
Perform testing and evaluation of packaging prototypes to ensure quality and functionality.
Identify and troubleshoot any issues related to packaging design, materials, or production processes.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in packaging technology.
Provide support to senior engineers in the development and implementation of packaging strategies.
Document and maintain accurate records of packaging designs, specifications, and testing results.
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving packaging processes and designs.
Adhere to company policies and procedures related to packaging design, testing, and safety.

Job Qualifications

Pursuing A Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or A Related Field, With A Focus On Packaging Design And Development.
Knowledge Of Cad Software And Experience In Creating 3D Models And Drawings For Packaging Components.
Familiarity With Packaging Design Principles, Including Material Selection, Structural Integrity, And Cost Efficiency.
Understanding Of Manufacturing Processes And Ability To Work With Suppliers To Ensure Packaging Meets Quality Standards.
Strong Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively In A Team Environment.
