- Work closely with suppliers to source and test packaging materials and components.
- Ensure all packaging designs meet regulatory and safety standards.
- Constantly seek opportunities to improve packaging processes and reduce costs.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of packaging designs and processes.
- Stay organized and meet tight deadlines to deliver packaging solutions on time.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and address concerns.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of packaging solutions, and make necessary improvements.
Proficiency In Cad Software, Such As Solidworks Or Autocad
Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Mechanical Packaging Design For Electronic Devices
Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations For Electronic Packaging, Such As Ipc And Rohs
Strong Problem-Solving Skills And Attention To Detail, With The Ability To Design For Manufacturability And Cost-Effectiveness.
