  1. Manage and oversee all aspects of litigation for Nokia, including strategizing, planning, and executing legal actions.
  2. Provide expert guidance and advice to internal teams on potential legal risks and litigation strategy.
  3. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support litigation decisions and prepare arguments.
  4. Collaborate with outside counsel and manage relationships with external legal partners.
  5. Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and contracts related to litigation.
  6. Stay current on industry trends, laws, and regulations related to technology and telecommunications.
  7. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  8. Communicate and work closely with cross-functional teams to gather information, provide updates, and align on litigation strategy.
  9. Represent Nokia in court proceedings, hearings, and other legal proceedings.
  10. Manage budgets and resources related to litigation matters.
  11. Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies in the litigation process.
  12. Collaborate with internal teams to provide training on legal matters and promote legal awareness across the organization.
  13. Stay up-to-date on emerging legal issues and best practices in the technology and telecommunications industry.
  14. Uphold Nokia's values and code of ethics in all aspects of work.

Job Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (J.d.) Degree From An Accredited Law School.

  • Admission To The Bar In At Least One State Or Jurisdiction.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Litigation, Preferably In A Corporate Or Law Firm Setting.

  • Proven Track Record In Handling Complex Commercial Litigation Matters, Including Contract Disputes, Intellectual Property Disputes, And Regulatory Investigations.

  • Strong Analytical, Problem-Solving, And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Work Efficiently And Independently In A Fast-Paced Environment.
