  1. Provide legal support and guidance to Nokia's CNS business in Japan.
  2. Ensure compliance with all local laws and regulations.
  3. Handle legal matters related to corporate and commercial law.
  4. Stay up-to-date on changes in laws and regulations that may impact the business.
  5. Conduct legal research and analysis to support business decisions.
  6. Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
  7. Advise on potential legal risks and provide solutions to mitigate them.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address legal issues.
  9. Represent the company in negotiations and disputes with third parties.
  10. Conduct training and workshops for employees on legal compliance.
  11. Develop and maintain relationships with external legal counsel.
  12. Participate in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures.
  13. Contribute to the continuous improvement of legal processes and practices.
  14. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  15. Act as a strategic partner to the business, providing legal insights and recommendations.

Job Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (Jd) Degree From An Accredited Law School.

  • Admission To Practice Law In Japan With At Least 5 Years Of Experience In A Law Firm Or Corporate Legal Department.

  • Strong Understanding Of Japanese Laws And Regulations Related To Technology, Telecommunications, And Intellectual Property.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Contract Negotiation And Drafting, With A Focus On Technology And Intellectual Property Agreements.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Management.
