Develop and implement strategic plans for the microwave product portfolio in alignment with overall business objectives.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends and customer needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and marketing, to drive product development and launch.
Act as a subject matter expert for microwave technology, providing guidance and support to internal teams and clients.
Analyze product performance and make recommendations for improvements or new product features.
Develop pricing strategies and manage product pricing to ensure competitiveness in the market.
Lead product positioning and messaging efforts to effectively communicate the value of the microwave portfolio to clients.
Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions.
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in microwave technology to inform product strategy.
Present product updates and strategy recommendations to senior management.
Monitor and track product performance and make data-driven decisions to drive growth and profitability.
Participate in industry events and conferences to represent Nokia and showcase our microwave solutions.
Train and mentor junior team members to ensure a high-performing and knowledgeable team.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or Related Field: A Strong Foundation In Engineering Principles Is Essential For A Junior Microwave Strategy & Product Manager, As This Role Involves Understanding And Developing Complex Microwave Technology.
Knowledge Of Microwave Industry: Candidates Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of The Microwave Industry, Including Market Trends, Competitor Products, And Emerging Technologies.
Product Management Experience: Prior Experience In Product Management, Particularly In The Telecommunications Industry, Is Highly Desirable. This Includes Product Development, Pricing, And Product Positioning.
Strong Analytical Skills: A Junior Microwave Strategy & Product Manager Must Be Able To Analyze Market Data, Customer Needs, And Product Performance To Make Informed Decisions On Product Strategy And Direction.
Excellent Communication And Teamwork Skills: This Role Involves Working Closely With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Engineering, Sales, And Marketing. Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills Are Necessary To Effectively Manage And Coordinate These Teams.
