Develop and optimize software solutions for 5G Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) products.
Collaborate with a dynamic team to design and implement cutting-edge technologies for communication.
Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and continuously learn and adapt to new technologies.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand and translate customer requirements into technical specifications.
Conduct thorough testing and debugging of software solutions to ensure high quality and optimal performance.
Proactively identify and troubleshoot software issues, proposing and implementing effective solutions.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Contribute to the development of software development processes and best practices.
Maintain documentation of software solutions, processes, and procedures.
Continuously seek out opportunities for innovation and improvement within the 5G FWA product line.
Collaborate with other engineers and teams within Nokia to ensure seamless integration and compatibility of software solutions.
Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and adhere to company values and ethics at all times.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Knowledge Of 5G Network Architecture And Protocols.
Experience With Software Development And Programming Languages Such As C++, Java, And Python.
Familiarity With Fixed Wireless Access (Fwa) Technology And Its Implementation.
Strong Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.
