Collaborate with senior engineers to design, develop, and maintain software applications for Nokia's telecommunications products.
Contribute to the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to design, coding, testing, and deployment.
Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices in software engineering, and apply them to projects.
Troubleshoot and debug software issues, and propose solutions to improve performance and functionality.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to colleagues.
Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and tools, and identify opportunities to incorporate them into projects.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of software products.
Proactively identify and communicate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
Document software designs, processes, and procedures to ensure knowledge transfer and maintain a reliable codebase.
Continuously learn and improve skills through training, workshops, and self-study to stay current with advancements in software engineering.

Job Qualifications
