  1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) regulations and their impact on IT processes.
  2. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of IT controls and processes to ensure compliance with SOX requirements.
  3. Identify and evaluate potential risks and deficiencies in IT processes and systems and develop mitigation plans.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain IT controls and processes in line with SOX requirements.
  5. Coordinate and conduct regular audits of IT systems and processes to identify any non-compliance issues and recommend corrective actions.
  6. Provide guidance and support to IT teams on SOX compliance requirements and best practices.
  7. Develop and maintain IT compliance policies, procedures, and documentation.
  8. Stay updated on changes in SOX regulations and communicate any updates or changes to relevant stakeholders.
  9. Prepare and present reports on IT compliance to senior management and external auditors.
  10. Lead and manage SOX compliance projects and initiatives, including planning, execution, and reporting.
  11. Train and educate employees on SOX compliance requirements and their responsibilities.
  12. Serve as the main point of contact for all IT-related SOX inquiries and audits.
  13. Ensure timely and accurate completion of all SOX-related documentation and reporting.
  14. Proactively identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance SOX compliance.
  15. Foster a culture of compliance and ethical behavior within the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In It Sox Compliance, Preferably In A Multinational Organization.

  • Knowledge Of Sox Regulations, Internal Controls, And Risk Management Frameworks.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Attention To Detail, With The Ability To Identify And Mitigate Potential Risks.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
