  1. Develop and implement effective change and release management processes for our ERP systems.
  2. Monitor and manage system updates and enhancements to ensure successful integration and implementation.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize system changes and enhancements.
  4. Create detailed project plans and timelines for change and release activities.
  5. Communicate changes and updates to relevant stakeholders, including IT teams and end-users.
  6. Conduct risk assessments and identify potential issues that may arise during change and release processes.
  7. Proactively identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices.
  8. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards during change and release activities.
  9. Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers to support change and release activities.
  10. Develop and maintain documentation of change and release processes and procedures.
  11. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during change and release processes.
  12. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in ERP systems and make recommendations for system improvements.
  13. Train and mentor junior team members on change and release processes and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In It Change And Release Management, Preferably In An Erp Environment.

  • Strong Understanding Of Erp Systems And Their Associated Change And Release Processes.

  • Experience With Project Management And Coordinating Multiple Teams To Deliver Successful Releases.

  • Knowledge Of Itil Best Practices And Experience In Implementing And Maintaining Itil Processes.
