  1. Provide technical expertise and support to customers in the field of IP networking.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to IP networking products and services.
  3. Install, configure, and maintain IP networking equipment for customers.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement customized networking solutions for customers.
  5. Conduct regular network audits and assessments to ensure optimal performance and identify areas for improvement.
  6. Stay updated on the latest networking technologies, industry trends, and best practices.
  7. Train and mentor junior engineers in IP networking concepts and techniques.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing timely and effective solutions.
  9. Participate in product development and improvement by providing valuable feedback and insights from customer interactions.
  10. Travel to customer sites as needed to provide on-site support and resolve technical issues.
  11. Document and maintain accurate records of all networking activities and services provided.
  12. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards at all times.
  13. Collaborate with sales teams to identify new business opportunities and assist in the development of proposals and bids.
  14. Handle multiple projects and assignments simultaneously, effectively prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
  15. Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in order to effectively communicate with customers and internal teams.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Knowledge Of Ip Networking Protocols And Technologies, Including Tcp/Ip, Bgp, Ospf, Mpls, And Vpn.

  • Experience In Designing, Implementing, And Troubleshooting Complex Ip Networks For Large-Scale Enterprise Or Service Provider Environments.

  • Strong Understanding Of Network Security Principles And Best Practices, Including Firewalls, Access Control Lists, And Network Segmentation.

  • Proficiency In Configuring And Managing Nokia Networking Products, Such As The Nuage Networks Virtualized Services Platform (Vsp) And The Nokia Service Router (Sr) Portfolio.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And Provide Technical Guidance And Support To Customers.
