  1. Lead and manage a team of incident responders to effectively handle critical customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Develop and implement incident management processes and procedures to ensure consistent and effective resolution of incidents.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical support, engineering, and product management, to identify root causes of incidents and implement corrective actions.
  4. Maintain a strong understanding of Nokia products and services to provide accurate and comprehensive support to customers.
  5. Monitor and analyze incident trends to identify areas for improvement and proactively address potential issues.
  6. Act as the main point of contact for high-priority incidents and effectively communicate updates and resolutions to customers.
  7. Work closely with customer-facing teams to ensure customer satisfaction and manage expectations during incidents.
  8. Prioritize and delegate tasks to team members to ensure timely resolution of incidents.
  9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate effective incident management.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve incident management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In It Incident Management Or A Similar Role.

  • Strong Understanding Of Itil Framework And Best Practices.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills.

  • Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced And High-Pressure Environment, With A Focus On Problem-Solving And Decision-Making.
