  1. Manage and resolve all incidents related to Nokia products and services in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Monitor and track incident progress and ensure timely escalation and resolution.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions to prevent future incidents.
  4. Develop and maintain incident management processes and procedures.
  5. Conduct regular reviews and analysis of incident data to identify trends and potential areas for improvement.
  6. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, providing timely updates on incident status and resolution.
  7. Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, translating technical information into non-technical terms.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Incident Management, Preferably In A Large Organization Or Telecommunications Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of It Service Management Processes, Such As Itil.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills.

  • Experience In Leading And Coordinating Cross-Functional Teams To Resolve Incidents And Minimize Impact On Business Operations.
