- Monitor and track incident progress and ensure timely escalation and resolution.

Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Incident Management, Preferably In A Large Organization Or Telecommunications Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of It Service Management Processes, Such As Itil.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills.
Experience In Leading And Coordinating Cross-Functional Teams To Resolve Incidents And Minimize Impact On Business Operations.
