As the Incident Manager, you will be responsible for managing the entire incident management process, from detection to resolution. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure our products and services meet the highest standards for quality and performance.The ideal candidate must have a strong technical background, with a deep understanding of incident management procedures. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement incident management procedures to ensure high standards of quality and performance.
  2. Identify and assess incidents, analyze root causes, and determine resolutions.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to coordinate incident resolution.
  4. Monitor and track incident progress and provide timely updates.
  5. Communicate regularly with stakeholders to ensure they are informed of incident status.
  6. Prepare reports and analyze trends in incident data.
  7. Develop and implement strategies to improve incident resolution times.
  8. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  9. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  10. Provide training to team members on incident management processes.
