  1. Design and develop hardware solutions for Nokia's telecommunications products.

  3. Conduct thorough research and testing to identify and resolve any hardware issues.
  4. Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and trends in hardware engineering.
  5. Create and maintain detailed documentation of hardware designs, processes, and test results.
  6. Troubleshoot and debug hardware issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  7. Work closely with suppliers to source and evaluate new components and technologies.
  8. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and safety standards.
  9. Participate in project planning and provide accurate timelines and estimates for hardware development.
  10. Continuously improve and optimize hardware designs to enhance product performance and reliability.
  11. Mentor and provide guidance to junior hardware engineers.
  12. Collaborate with other departments, such as software engineering and product management, to deliver high-quality products.
  13. Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders, including management and clients.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to quality assurance and project management.
  15. Demonstrate a strong understanding of Nokia's products, technologies, and market trends.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Hardware Design And Development.

  • Proficiency In Computer-Aided Design (Cad) Software For Schematic And Layout Design.

  • Familiarity With Hardware Testing And Troubleshooting Techniques.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Protocols, Such As Pci, Usb, And Ethernet.
