Job Description

The Customer Experience organization provides a common interface to customers including account and relationship management, acting as the voice of the customer internally and creating demand across our business groups. Directly engage with customers and develop marketing relationships to ensure your understanding of their strategic priorities, while appropriately aligning and creating marketing engagements and assets that drive our shared ambition. Demonstrate ABM plan effectiveness both qualitative and quantitative, internally and externally, supported by the account team and shared internal best practices. Manage a mixed budget both direct and indirect for engagement and ensure the detailed associated reporting for account plan execution to various key stakeholders as it relates to revenue generation, expanding relationships and building our reputation.

Job Qualifications

Ability to work remotely and communicate effectively across all levels of management from executive and media relations to activation engagement executional resources
Experience planning, directing, and executing marketing programs within a matrix organization to increase customer engagement and market perception
Previous management experience with both direct and indirect reports, channel partner teams, and SME consultants as needed
8+ years of B2B marketing experience
