  1. Provide technical support to customers on Nokia telecommunication products and services.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth implementation and operation of Nokia products.
  4. Conduct product training and knowledge sharing sessions for customers and internal teams.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or Related Field: A Strong Foundation In Engineering Principles And Concepts Is Essential For A Field Competence Support Engineer To Understand And Troubleshoot Complex Technical Issues.

  • Experience In Telecommunications Industry: Familiarity With The Telecommunications Industry, Including Knowledge Of Various Network Technologies And Equipment, Is Crucial For A Successful Field Competence Support Engineer At Nokia.

  • Knowledge Of Nokia Products And Solutions: A Deep Understanding Of Nokia's Product Portfolio And Solutions Is Necessary To Provide Effective Support To Customers And Assist With Product Deployment And Integration.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: The Ability To Effectively Communicate Technical Information To Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders Is Essential For A Field Competence Support Engineer To Succeed In This Role.
