  1. Monitor and analyze the performance of the Radio Access Network (RAN) to identify any faults or issues.
  2. Investigate and diagnose faults, using various tools and techniques, to determine the root cause and implement effective solutions.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and vendors, to resolve complex network issues and maintain a high level of network performance.
  4. Develop and maintain fault management processes and procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date and aligned with industry standards.
  5. Provide timely and accurate reports on network performance, fault trends, and resolution progress to stakeholders.
  6. Proactively identify potential faults and implement preventive measures to mitigate their impact on the network.
  7. Stay updated with the latest network technologies and industry developments to continuously improve fault management processes and procedures.
  8. Participate in on-call support and be available to troubleshoot and resolve any critical network faults outside of regular business hours.
  9. Collaborate with the RAN design and optimization teams to ensure network faults are resolved in a manner that aligns with network design principles and optimization strategies.
  10. Train and mentor junior team members on fault management processes, tools, and techniques to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  11. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and effective resolution of network faults.
  12. Contribute to the development and implementation of new fault management tools and processes to improve network efficiency and reduce downtime.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, security, and confidentiality, at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • In-Depth Knowledge And Experience In Managing Fault Management Systems For Radio Access Network (Ran) Equipment, Including Troubleshooting And Resolving Complex Issues.

  • Proficiency In Using Nokia-Specific Tools And Software For Fault Management, Such As Netact, Performance Manager, And Oss Explorer.

  • Strong Understanding Of Ran Technologies And Protocols, Such As Lte, 5G, And Ip Networking, To Effectively Identify And Troubleshoot Network Faults.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills To Quickly Diagnose Issues, Identify Root Causes, And Implement Effective Solutions To Minimize Network Downtime.

  • Proven Track Record Of Effectively Communicating With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders, Including Engineers, Technicians, And Management, To Coordinate Fault Resolution And Ensure Customer Satisfaction.
