  1. Monitor and analyze network systems to identify any faults or issues.

  12. Continuously evaluate and improve fault management processes to ensure optimal performance and effectiveness.
  13. Proactively identify potential faults and develop plans to mitigate risks.
  14. Collaborate with vendors and external partners to resolve faults that require external support.
  15. Attend training and development opportunities to enhance technical skills and knowledge.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Network Fault Management, Preferably In The Telecommunications Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Fault Management Systems And Tools, Such As Ibm Netcool, Hp Openview, And Solarwinds.

  • Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As Java, Python, Or Perl.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot Complex Network Issues In A Fast-Paced Environment.
