Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Network Fault Management, Preferably In The Telecommunications Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Fault Management Systems And Tools, Such As Ibm Netcool, Hp Openview, And Solarwinds.
Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As Java, Python, Or Perl.
