Monitor and analyze network systems to identify and diagnose faults in a timely manner.
Develop and implement effective fault management strategies to maintain the stability and reliability of network systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve fault management processes.
Document and maintain detailed records of network faults, resolutions, and preventative measures.
Provide technical support to other team members and departments as needed.
Communicate with stakeholders and management to provide updates on network performance and recommend solutions for improvement.
Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for network emergencies.
Conduct regular training and knowledge sharing sessions to enhance the team's understanding of fault management processes and procedures.

Strong Technical Background: A Fault Management Engineer At Nokia Must Possess A Strong Technical Background In Areas Such As Network Infrastructure, Software Development, And Troubleshooting. This Will Enable Them To Effectively Identify And Resolve Faults In Nokia's Products And Services.
Knowledge Of Nokia Products: Familiarity With Nokia's Product Portfolio Is A Must For A Fault Management Engineer. This Includes A Thorough Understanding Of The Company's Hardware, Software, And Services, As Well As The Ability To Navigate And Utilize Nokia's Internal Tools And Systems.
