Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ERP Reporting -Lead to join our Nokia team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to help us drive our data-driven decision making and to ensure that our reporting meets the highest standards. This position will require a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who has strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in the management of ERP reporting and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field. Previous experience in ERP reporting is essential, and experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is preferred. Additionally, this individual should have strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

Manage ERP reporting to ensure highest standards are met
Utilize data-driven decision making to help drive strategic business decisions
Work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of ERP reporting
Identify issues and develop solutions to ensure efficient and effective ERP reporting
Monitor and analyze ERP performance to identify areas for improvement
Maintain up-to-date knowledge on ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle
Provide training and support to other members of the team
Create and maintain documentation for ERP reporting processes and standards
Develop and update reports for management review
Provide assistance in the development of new ERP reporting processes
