  1. Develop and implement comprehensive environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures in compliance with local and international regulations.
  2. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of existing safety programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  3. Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  4. Create and deliver training programs on safety protocols and procedures for all employees.
  5. Serve as the primary point of contact for all EHS-related matters, providing guidance and support to all departments and employees.
  6. Investigate and analyze workplace incidents and accidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
  7. Maintain thorough and accurate records of all safety-related incidents, training, and compliance activities.
  8. Collaborate with management to develop and maintain emergency response plans and procedures.
  9. Stay up-to-date on all relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in the field of environmental, health, and safety, and make recommendations for any necessary changes to company policies and procedures.
  10. Build and maintain relationships with external organizations and agencies related to EHS, such as regulatory bodies and industry associations.
  11. Champion a culture of safety and environmental responsibility throughout the organization, promoting awareness and engagement at all levels.
  12. Monitor and manage the company's environmental impact, implementing strategies to reduce waste, conserve resources, and promote sustainability.
  13. Manage and allocate resources, such as budget and personnel, to support EHS initiatives and programs.
  14. Stay informed of emerging trends and technologies in EHS and make recommendations for their integration into company operations.
  15. Regularly report on EHS performance and progress to senior management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Environmental Science, Occupational Health And Safety, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In The Technology Or Telecommunications Industry.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Local, State, And Federal Laws And Regulations Related To Environmental, Health, And Safety.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Information To Employees At All Levels.

  • Certification In Relevant Areas Such As Certified Safety Professional (Csp) Or Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (Chmm) Is Preferred.
