
Environment, Health and Safety Senior Manager

- Develop and implement company-wide Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) policies and procedures in compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments of company operations to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with EHS standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate EHS considerations into business processes and decision-making.
- Provide guidance and training to managers and employees on EHS policies and procedures, including emergency response protocols.
- Monitor and analyze EHS data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop action plans to address any issues.
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders, such as regulatory agencies and community organizations, to ensure compliance and promote a positive company image.
- Lead and coordinate incident investigations and root cause analyses, and implement corrective and preventative measures to prevent recurrence.
- Develop and manage EHS budget and resources effectively to support company goals and objectives.
- Keep up-to-date with relevant EHS regulations and industry developments, and proactively recommend changes to policies and procedures as needed.
- Foster a culture of safety and well-being by promoting EHS awareness and engagement throughout the organization.
- Act as a liaison between the company and external EHS consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Represent the company in EHS-related meetings and conferences, and participate in industry associations and committees.
- Mentor and coach junior EHS team members, and provide guidance and support to other departments on EHS matters.
- Communicate EHS performance and updates to senior management and other stakeholders, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular reviews and evaluations of EHS programs and initiatives to ensure effectiveness and alignment with company goals.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Environmental, Health, And Safety Management, Preferably In A Technology Or Manufacturing Industry.
Bachelor's Degree In Environmental Science, Occupational Health And Safety, Or Related Field. Master's Degree Preferred.
Strong Knowledge Of Local, State, And Federal Environmental Regulations And Compliance Requirements.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Effective Environmental, Health, And Safety Programs And Policies.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Influence And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Management.
