  1. Develop and optimize test processes for electro-optical systems used in Nokia's products.
  2. Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement in current testing procedures.
  3. Design and implement new testing methods and procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and develop appropriate testing strategies.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with testing equipment or processes.
  6. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all test procedures and results.
  7. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in electro-optical testing technology.
  8. Train and mentor junior engineers on testing processes and techniques.

  15. Contribute to the overall success of the company by actively participating in team meetings and sharing knowledge and expertise.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Optics, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Developing And Conducting Electro Optical Tests In A Manufacturing Or R&D Environment.

  • Expertise In Using Test Equipment Such As Oscilloscopes, Spectrum Analyzers, And Optical Power Meters.

  • Strong Understanding Of Electro Optical Components And Systems, Including Lasers, Detectors, And Fiber Optics.

  • Experience With Test Automation And Programming Languages Such As Python, Labview, Or C++, And The Ability To Develop Custom Test Scripts.
