- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and develop appropriate testing strategies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with testing equipment or processes.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all test procedures and results.

- Train and mentor junior engineers on testing processes and techniques.
- Continuously improve testing processes to increase product quality and reduce testing time.

- Adhere to all safety and regulatory standards in all testing processes.

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Optics, Or A Related Field.
At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Developing And Conducting Electro Optical Tests In A Manufacturing Or R&D Environment.
Expertise In Using Test Equipment Such As Oscilloscopes, Spectrum Analyzers, And Optical Power Meters.
Strong Understanding Of Electro Optical Components And Systems, Including Lasers, Detectors, And Fiber Optics.
Experience With Test Automation And Programming Languages Such As Python, Labview, Or C++, And The Ability To Develop Custom Test Scripts.
