  1. Develop and implement Nokia's licensing strategy to drive business growth and maximize revenue opportunities.
  2. Identify potential licensing partnerships and opportunities that align with Nokia's business objectives and brand.
  3. Lead negotiations and establish mutually beneficial partnerships with potential licensees.
  4. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of licensing agreements.
  5. Stay informed of industry trends and market conditions to identify new licensing opportunities and potential risks.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including current and potential licensees.
  7. Monitor and analyze the performance of existing licensing agreements and make recommendations for improvement or renewal.
  8. Provide strategic guidance and support to the licensing team to ensure successful execution of licensing deals.
  9. Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance and proper management of all licensing agreements.
  10. Represent Nokia at industry events and conferences to promote the company's licensing opportunities.
  11. Continuously evaluate and improve Nokia's licensing processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  12. Develop and manage the licensing budget and report on licensing revenue and expenses.
  13. Keep senior leadership informed of licensing initiatives and progress towards goals.
  14. Mentor and develop team members to drive their professional growth and contribute to the overall success of the licensing team.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In The Licensing Industry: A Director, Licensing At Nokia Should Have A Strong Background And At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In The Licensing Industry, With A Proven Track Record Of Successful Deals And Partnerships.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Intellectual Property: Nokia Is A Technology Company With A Vast Portfolio Of Patents And Intellectual Property. A Qualified Candidate For This Role Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Intellectual Property Law, Licensing Agreements, And Patent Strategies.

  • Strategic Thinker: As A Director, Licensing, The Candidate Should Be Able To Think Strategically And Develop Long-Term Plans And Goals For The Company's Licensing Business. They Should Also Have The Ability To Identify New Opportunities And Potential Partnerships That Align With Nokia's Business Objectives.

  • Strong Negotiation And Communication Skills: Licensing Deals Involve Complex Negotiations With Potential Partners. The Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication Skills And Be Able To Negotiate Effectively To Secure Favorable Terms For Nokia.
