  1. Design and develop advanced digital hardware solutions for data centers, following industry standards and best practices.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and create innovative solutions that meet business needs.
  3. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential design challenges and propose effective solutions.
  4. Utilize various hardware design tools, such as VHDL, Verilog, and FPGA, to create and simulate designs.
  5. Design and implement high-speed digital circuits, including high-speed memory interfaces, clock networks, and data paths.
  6. Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and reliability of hardware designs.
  7. Troubleshoot and debug hardware issues, providing timely and effective solutions to maintain project timelines.
  8. Stay updated with the latest advancements in digital hardware technology and incorporate them into designs when appropriate.
  9. Create and maintain accurate documentation for all hardware designs and modifications.
  10. Participate in design reviews and provide valuable insights to improve the overall design process.
  11. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or issues.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety and confidentiality guidelines.
  13. Continuously seek opportunities to optimize and improve the efficiency and performance of existing hardware designs.
  14. Mentor and train junior engineers to enhance their skills and knowledge in digital hardware design.
  15. Represent Nokia as a leading technology company by showcasing a high level of professionalism and expertise in the field of digital hardware design.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Digital Hardware Design For Data Center Equipment

  • Strong Knowledge Of High-Speed Circuit Design, Signal Integrity, And Power Distribution

  • Proficiency In Hardware Description Languages Such As Verilog And Vhdl

  • Experience With Fpga And Asic Design And Verification Tools, Such As Xilinx And Synopsys
