Develop and maintain Linux and Bash scripts to support the DevOps team's tasks and processes.
Collaborate with team members to identify and implement improvements to existing systems and processes.
Monitor and troubleshoot Linux and Bash related issues, providing timely resolutions.
Continuously research and stay updated on new technologies and industry trends related to Linux and Bash.
Assist in the deployment and management of new applications and services using Linux and Bash.
Work closely with other team members to ensure efficient and effective communication and collaboration.
Document processes and procedures related to Linux and Bash development and operations.
Proactively identify and report any potential security threats or vulnerabilities related to Linux and Bash.
Support in the development and maintenance of automated testing and deployment pipelines.
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas and suggestions for process improvement.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing Nokia and its values.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including security protocols and code of conduct.
Continuously seek opportunities to learn and grow in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Job Qualifications

Proficiency In Linux Operating System: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Linux Operating System, Including Its Command Line Interface And File System. They Should Also Be Familiar With Common Linux Tools And Utilities.
Knowledge Of Bash Scripting: As A Devops Working Student At Nokia, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Automating Various Tasks Using Bash Scripts. Therefore, Proficiency In Bash Scripting Is A Must.
Experience With Automation Tools: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience Working With Automation Tools Such As Ansible, Puppet Or Chef. They Should Also Have A Strong Understanding Of Infrastructure As Code Principles.
Understanding Of Devops Principles: Nokia Follows A Devops Culture, And The Candidate Should Have A Good Understanding Of The Principles And Practices Of Devops. This Includes Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployment, And Agile Methodologies.
Familiarity With Cloud Technologies: Nokia Utilizes Cloud Technologies For Its Products And Services. The Candidate Should Have A Basic Understanding Of Cloud Computing And Experience Working With Cloud Platforms Such As Aws, Azure Or Google Cloud.
