  1. Manage customer projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all deliverables are met within the agreed upon timelines and budget.
  2. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.
  4. Act as the main point of contact for the customer, ensuring excellent communication and building strong relationships.
  5. Provide technical expertise and guidance to customers, addressing any technical inquiries or issues.
  6. Analyze project requirements and ensure that all technical solutions meet customer needs.
  7. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders.
  8. Identify and resolve any project conflicts or issues that may arise.
  9. Conduct project post-mortem meetings to evaluate project success and identify areas for improvement.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in telecommunications technology to provide innovative solutions to customers.
  11. Train and mentor team members to ensure high-quality project execution.
  12. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  13. Represent Nokia in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities to improve project management processes and procedures.
  15. Adhere to project budgets and effectively manage resources to maximize efficiency.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In A Technical Or Telecommunications Environment.

  • Strong Understanding Of Agile Project Management Methodologies.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders.

  • Proven Ability To Handle Multiple Projects And Priorities Simultaneously, While Maintaining A High Level Of Organization And Attention To Detail.
