Manage the supply chain process from end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery of products to customers.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams.
Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to ensure optimal stock levels.
Identify potential supply chain risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and optimize supply chain efficiency.
Communicate effectively with customers to provide updates on product delivery and address any issues or concerns.
Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
Analyze supply chain data and provide regular reports to management on performance and areas for improvement.
Manage and negotiate supplier contracts and pricing to ensure cost-effective and high-quality products.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in supply chain management to continuously improve processes and procedures.
Train and mentor junior team members to ensure a high level of performance and growth within the team.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, and maintain compliance with all relevant regulations.
Represent Nokia in a professional manner and uphold the company's values and mission.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Management Or Logistics, Preferably In The Technology Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Supply Chain Processes, Including Demand Planning, Inventory Management, And Order Fulfillment.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Build Relationships With Customers.
Proficiency In Supply Chain Software And Systems, Such As Sap Or Oracle, And Strong Analytical Skills For Data-Driven Decision Making.
