  1. Provide expert technical guidance and support to customers during the deployment and integration of our solutions.

  3. Act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing any technical inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement customized solutions for customers based on their unique needs.
  5. Stay updated on the latest technology trends and advancements in the telecommunications industry to effectively advise customers and drive innovation.
  6. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our solutions to customers.
  7. Conduct regular assessments and reviews of customer systems to identify any areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
  8. Provide training and support to customers on the use and maintenance of our solutions.
  9. Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project timelines and deliverables.
  10. Continuously monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive customer satisfaction.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Technical Background: A Customer Solutions Architect At Nokia Should Have A Deep Understanding And Experience In Telecommunication Systems, Networking, And Cloud Technologies.
