  1. Coordinate and manage the deployment of Nokia products and solutions for customers.
  2. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  3. Communicate effectively with customers, internal teams, and third-party vendors to ensure project objectives are met.
  4. Monitor project progress and identify any potential risks or issues, proactively implementing solutions to mitigate them.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all project requirements are met, including product development, engineering, and sales.
  6. Proactively manage customer expectations and provide regular updates on project status and progress.
  7. Ensure all project documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
  8. Facilitate project meetings and provide clear and concise communication to all stakeholders.
  9. Act as the main point of contact for customers during the deployment process, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.
  10. Continuously identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to streamline project delivery.
  11. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to project management.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
  13. Collaborate with sales teams to identify new sales opportunities and support customer retention efforts.
  14. Manage and mentor project team members, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
  15. Represent Nokia in a positive and professional manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Project Management Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In A Customer-Facing Role. This Includes Managing Timelines, Resources, Budgets, And Stakeholder Expectations.

  • Technical Background: A Strong Technical Background In The Telecom Industry Is Essential For This Role. The Candidate Should Have A Good Understanding Of Nokia's Products, Services, And Solutions, As Well As The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Technical Issues.

  • Customer Relationship Management: The Candidate Should Have Excellent Customer Relationship Management Skills, With A Proven Track Record Of Managing And Building Relationships With Key Stakeholders. This Includes The Ability To Communicate Effectively, Manage Customer Expectations, And Handle Any Conflicts Or Issues That May Arise.

  • Team Management: As A Customer Project Manager, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Managing A Team Of Engineers And Technicians To Deliver Projects On Time And Within Budget. Therefore, Strong Leadership Skills, The Ability To Motivate And Coach Team Members, And The Ability To Delegate Tasks Effectively Are Crucial Qualifications For This Role.

  • Flexibility And Adaptability: The Telecom Industry Is Constantly Evolving, And Projects May Face Unexpected Challenges Or Changes. The Ideal Candidate Should Be Adaptable, Able To Think On Their Feet, And Have A Flexible Approach To Problem-Solving.
