  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to understand their needs and expectations.
  2. Act as the main point of contact for assigned projects, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of any issues.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans and timelines, and ensure all project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
  4. Identify and mitigate potential project risks, and proactively communicate any changes or delays to customers.
  5. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates and reports to both internal stakeholders and customers.
  6. Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality products and services that meet or exceed their expectations.
  7. Continuously improve project processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  8. Manage project budgets and resources to ensure optimal utilization and profitability.
  9. Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and expanding services to existing customers.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to anticipate and respond to customer needs effectively.
  11. Mentor and guide junior project team members, providing support and guidance as needed.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, and promote a culture of ethical and responsible behavior.
  13. Represent Nokia in a professional and positive manner at all times, both internally and externally.
  14. Collaborate with sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential customers.
  15. Maintain accurate and organized project documentation in accordance with company standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Project Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In The Telecommunications Industry.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Effectively Manage Cross-Functional Project Teams.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Strong Relationships With Customers And Stakeholders.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Project Management Methodologies, Tools, And Techniques, Such As Agile And Waterfall, And Experience In Successfully Delivering Projects On Time And Within Budget.
