  3. Develop and implement delivery strategies and processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and technical teams, to ensure smooth and seamless delivery processes.
  5. Monitor and track delivery performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  6. Act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing any issues or concerns and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
  7. Maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing personalized solutions to meet their requirements.
  8. Ensure compliance with contractual agreements and service level agreements (SLAs) with customers.
  9. Develop and maintain delivery schedules, allocating resources and managing priorities to meet customer demands.
  10. Communicate regularly with senior management, providing updates on delivery performance and potential risks or issues.
  11. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members to support their growth and development.
  12. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices related to delivery management, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
  13. Manage budget and resources to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery operations.
  14. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and a customer-focused mindset within the delivery team.
  15. Represent the company in a professional and knowledgeable manner, building and maintaining a strong reputation with customers and stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Logistics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Customer Delivery, Project Management, Or Supply Chain Management.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Manage Relationships With Customers, Internal Teams, And Third-Party Vendors.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Delivering Projects On Time And Within Budget.

  • Sound Understanding Of Logistics And Supply Chain Processes, With Experience In Implementing Process Improvements And Driving Efficiency.
