  1. Lead and manage the CT division at Nokia, including overseeing all projects and teams within the division.
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive innovation and growth in the telecommunications market.
  3. Act as the main point of contact for all CT-related matters within the company, including communicating updates and progress to senior leadership.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the telecommunications industry, including clients, partners, and vendors.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes, and use this knowledge to inform decision-making and drive business success.
  6. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture within the CT division, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to team members.

  9. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to track the success of projects and make adjustments as needed to ensure goals are met.
  10. Represent Nokia at industry events, conferences, and speaking engagements, showcasing our leadership in the telecommunications sector.
  11. Collaborate with other departments and divisions within Nokia to drive cross-functional initiatives and promote a cohesive and unified approach to achieving company objectives.
  12. Continuously assess and improve processes and procedures within the CT division to optimize efficiency and drive continuous improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Telecommunications Engineering Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In The Telecommunications Industry, With At Least 5 Years In A Leadership Role.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large Scale Telecom Projects And Implementing New Technologies.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Global Telecom Market And Trends, With The Ability To Identify And Capitalize On Opportunities For Growth.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Lead And Motivate A Team And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
