- Develop and implement comprehensive external and internal communications strategies to support Nokia's overall business objectives.
- Create and manage a strong brand image and reputation for Nokia through targeted messaging and communication efforts.
- Act as the main point of contact for all media inquiries and manage media relationships.
- Write and edit press releases, speeches, and other communication materials to effectively convey Nokia's key messages.
- Plan and execute media events, including press conferences, product launches, and industry conferences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all communication channels.
- Monitor and analyze media coverage and industry trends to identify potential communication opportunities and risks.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, analysts, customers, and partners.
- Act as a spokesperson for Nokia and effectively communicate the company's vision, mission, and values to external audiences.
- Manage and maintain Nokia's online presence, including social media platforms and the company website.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in corporate communications to continuously improve Nokia's communication efforts.
- Prepare and manage the corporate communications budget and provide regular reports to senior management on the effectiveness of communication strategies.
- Mentor and guide junior members of the communications team, providing support and feedback to help them grow in their roles.
Bachelor's Degree In Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Corporate Communications, Preferably In A Technology Or Telecommunications Company.
Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Convey Complex Information To Various Audiences.
Experience Developing And Executing Strategic Communication Plans, Including Crisis Management And Media Relations.
Knowledge Of Digital And Social Media Platforms And Their Use In Corporate Communications.
