  1. Conduct research and development in the field of automation to drive innovation and advance Nokia's technology.
  2. Collaborate with a team of engineers and researchers to develop new automation solutions and improve existing ones.
  3. Design and implement cutting-edge automation systems and technologies to meet the needs of Nokia's products and services.
  4. Stay up-to-date with the latest automation trends and technologies, and identify opportunities for their application within Nokia.
  5. Conduct experiments, collect and analyze data, and present findings to relevant stakeholders.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including universities and research institutes, to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration.
  7. Lead and mentor junior engineers in automation techniques and best practices.
  8. Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate automation solutions into products and services.
  9. Identify and troubleshoot technical issues related to automation and propose solutions.
  10. Participate in project planning, including defining project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  11. Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  12. Communicate progress and results to management and other stakeholders.
  13. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and optimize automation processes and systems.
  14. Act as a subject matter expert in automation, providing guidance and support to other team members as needed.

  • Advanced Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Or Robotics.

  • Expertise In Automation Technologies And Tools, Such As Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, And Robotics.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Delivering Innovative Automation Solutions And Leading Research Projects In A Fast-Paced Environment.
