  1. Assemble and test telecommunications equipment according to specifications and quality standards set by Nokia.

Job Qualifications
  • Prior Experience In Electronics Assembly And Testing: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Assembly And Testing Of Electronic Components, Preferably In A Manufacturing Environment.

  • Knowledge Of Assembly Procedures And Equipment: The Candidate Should Have A Good Understanding Of Assembly Procedures And Be Familiar With Various Assembly Equipment Such As Soldering Stations, Crimping Tools, And Automated Testing Machines.

  • Attention To Detail: As An Assembly And Test Technician, Attention To Detail Is Crucial In Ensuring The Quality And Functionality Of The Final Product. The Candidate Should Have A Keen Eye For Detail And Be Able To Follow Assembly Instructions Accurately.

  • Ability To Read And Interpret Technical Drawings And Schematics: The Role Involves Working With Technical Drawings And Schematics, Therefore, The Candidate Should Have Strong Technical Skills And Be Able To Interpret These Documents Accurately.

  • Strong Troubleshooting Skills: In The Event Of Any Issues Or Defects, The Candidate Should Be Able To Troubleshoot And Identify The Root Cause Of The Problem. This Requires Strong Problem-Solving Skills And The Ability To Work Under Pressure To Meet Production Deadlines.
