- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems that may arise during the assembly and testing process.

Prior Experience In Electronics Assembly And Testing: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Assembly And Testing Of Electronic Components, Preferably In A Manufacturing Environment.
Knowledge Of Assembly Procedures And Equipment: The Candidate Should Have A Good Understanding Of Assembly Procedures And Be Familiar With Various Assembly Equipment Such As Soldering Stations, Crimping Tools, And Automated Testing Machines.
Attention To Detail: As An Assembly And Test Technician, Attention To Detail Is Crucial In Ensuring The Quality And Functionality Of The Final Product. The Candidate Should Have A Keen Eye For Detail And Be Able To Follow Assembly Instructions Accurately.
Ability To Read And Interpret Technical Drawings And Schematics: The Role Involves Working With Technical Drawings And Schematics, Therefore, The Candidate Should Have Strong Technical Skills And Be Able To Interpret These Documents Accurately.
