Conduct research and development in the field of Generative AI to support the advancement of Nokia's AI solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement innovative AI algorithms and models.
Utilize machine learning techniques to analyze and interpret large datasets to improve AI performance.
Continuously monitor and evaluate the latest developments in AI and machine learning to identify potential opportunities for improvement.
Work closely with product managers and engineers to ensure that AI solutions meet business and technical requirements.
Develop and maintain documentation and technical specifications for AI models and algorithms.
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including executives and clients.
Participate in conferences and seminars to stay updated on the latest developments in AI and machine learning.
Mentor and train junior team members on AI techniques and best practices.
Collaborate with external partners and universities to foster innovation and further advance Nokia's AI solutions.
Adhere to ethical and legal standards in all AI research and development activities.
Contribute to patent filings and publications to showcase Nokia's thought leadership in the field of AI.

Job Qualifications

Advanced Degree In Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience Working In The Field Of Generative Ai.
Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As Python, R, Or Java.
Strong Understanding Of Machine Learning And Deep Learning Algorithms.
Experience With Implementing And Deploying Ai Models In Real-World Applications.
